Where do we ship to?

Domestically we currently ship to all 50 states and US territories. Internationally we ship to Canada and Mexico only.

What is the status of my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed from our warehouse. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order. Please email [email protected] if you have not received your tracking email.

Can I change my shipping address?

All requests for updates or adjustments to shipping addresses must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, if your order can not be delivered to you due to an inaccurate shipping address, we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

Does Deus ship to PO boxes?

Yes, all orders shipped to a PO Box are sent using USPS or FedEx Ground and cannot be expedited.

I have only received a portion of my order, when is the rest scheduled to arrive?

When only part of your order is available we will ship the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. In this instance, an email confirmation will be sent and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the items that are unavailable.

How much is domestic shipping?

Domestic Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders under $120 will incur a flat rate charge of $12.00 standard shipping. Orders over $120 receive free standard shipping. Please note: Orders to Hawaii incur a flat rate charge of $20.

How much is International Shipping?

International Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days excluding foreign customs processing. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based off of the size and weight of your order. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order.

What courier do you use to ship to overseas?

Orders are shipped overseas using a Fedex trackable service so that you can follow your order throughout transit. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot predict what they may be.

How long does shipping take?

The following are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed:

Domestic

• $12.00 Flat rate Fedex or USPS: 3-7 business days (excluding 1-3 day processing time)

International

• Fedex International Economy: 10-15 business days
• Fedex International Priority: 7-10 business days

Do I have to pay customs and duties if shipping to overseas?

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order.

Please refer to your country’s authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Taxes, rates, Customs tariffs, and other fees. Deus Ex Machina Motorcycles USA Inc. holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns 

Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 40 days from the original purchase date. All items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations, tags attached. Please note that all sale items, custom orders, bicycles, surfboards, gift cards, and items marked as sale are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
